During the 2-year programme, you can look forward to working from 2 locations: you will be based in Seoul, South Korea, with rotation to Singapore to further your exposure across Keppel Capital’s businesses in a variety of functions:

Your job responsibilities will include:
• Financial modeling and evaluate potential investment opportunities alongside the investment team from origination, due diligence to investment and monitoring
• Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for portfolio of assets
• Perform market research on sectors and countries including monitoring of sector and economic trends
• Preparing papers for internal approvals, and presenting to Board and internal committees
• Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours
• Good command of English and Korean (both written and spoken)
• Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability
• Very hands-on and detailed-orientated, willing and able to get hands dirty, strong financial modelling skills
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, ability to work independently, multi-task and execute efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
