This position will be responsible for executing complex sales enablement strategies. In this role, you will develop and deploy complex processes and change management to ensure the adoption of sales enabling tools. You will serve as a partner in developing and sustaining complex solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and event management to enable increased internal and external engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization.
Leading GTM(Go-To-Market) transformation by building detailed analysis of market opportunities
Develop strategy to enable commercial team on leveraging market GTM and RTM data analysis
Leading RTM (route-to-market) transformation by building detailed analysis of customer and channels
Develop a clear understanding of offering life cycles, customer economics and behaviors across functions
Identify other required local GTM priorities and translate it into actionable project plan
Transform our way of working by adopting industry best practices to improve our commercial capability
Build leading and lagging indicators (KPIs) to monitor commercial performance on real-time basis
Develop strategy for GTM data – for example, how regular we are refreshing GTM/RTM data and who will be refreshing data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience (preferably in commercial or strategic marketing)
Must be able to speak native-level Korean and fluent in English
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced in Animal Nutrition industry
Experience in GTM/RTM Consulting
Experienced in managing big projects
