ÀÌ Æ÷Áö¼ÇÀº Marketing & CommunicationÆÀ¿¡ ¼Ò¼ÓµÇ¾î WWFºê·£µå °­È­¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ÀÚ¿¬ º¸Àü°ú »ý¹°´Ù¾ç¼º º¸Á¸À» À§ÇÑ Ä·ÆäÀÎ, Ã»³â Ä¿¹Â´ÏÄÉÀÌ¼Ç ±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ µî ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¸¶ÄÉÆà Ŀ¹Â´ÏÄÉÀÌ¼Ç È°µ¿ÀÇ ¸®¼­Ä¡, ±âȹ, ½ÇÇà ¹× Áö¿øÀÇ ¾÷¹«¸¦ ¼öÇàÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

 

Department Goals:

- Build a significantly stronger WWF brand presence

- Gain more understanding amongst our target audiences towards WWF mission, conservation priorities

- Develop an extensive pool of supporters (lead public action for a sustainable living/one planet lifestyle)

 

¿ªÇÒ

 

Major Functions

- Plan and execute communication activates based on WWF strategy and conservation priorities

- Develop contents on WWF channels including SNS, website, and email

- Closely work with conservation, partnership, and FR team for contents development

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Youth Communication development

- Assist in Youth education programs and campaigns planning and support activities for them

- Collect and produce educational materials according to the curriculum

 

 Brand Campaign development

- Assist in campaign planning and development of COP15 media stunt or other major campaign/s of the team

- Help carrying out online and offline activities, events when needed

- Support with development of communication materials (ex. social media posts, visuals, infographics, etc.) related to the campaign

 

 General tasks

- Support in general content development (research and production) for WWF channels including SNS, website, blog for WWF-Korea audience as needed

- Help listing-up and sending out internal weekly news 

- Support cross team collaboration to advance the WWF mission

Knowledge

- Currently enrolled in four-year college

 

Skills

- Native Korean speaker

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, oral and written

- Ability to work in an international environment and within a multi-cultural team

- Ability to collect, analyze useful data, information

 

Preferred:

- Effective adobe program tools (photoshop, premier, etc.) and office tools skills

- Interested in social media and communication

- Interested in the environment, NGOs, and the international community.

Department Goals:

- Design & execute market engagement programs and identify key stakeholders to accelerate the sustainable market transformation and drive conservation impact.

- Under the supervision of corporate partnership team leader, design & execute the corporate engagement programs & interactions with science & solutions so to assist conservation programs

 ¿ªÇÒ

 

Major Functions

- Understand the market engagement strategy and support designing programs by data collection, market analysis based on communication with the corporate partnership team.

- Support management of the key partnerships and corporate engagement activities

- Closely work with partnership team & conservation program team

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Market research and analysis

- Conduct research projects to support a focus market analysis project for sustainable market transformation to be in line with the global strategy.

- This includes studying the recent research results and current trends of focusing industries such as Palm Oil, Food and trade, gathering relevant data or progress, information from latest reports and strategies from WWF network in preparation of analysis.

 

Programme development

- Based on the understanding of WWF-Korea’s current focus markets and industries as well as relevant WWF practices’ vision and strategy,

- Develop partnership programmes that meet the needs of partners and contribute to WWF’s conservation goals.

- Support monitoring and evaluation process of ongoing programmes to ensure the achievements of the targeted outcomes.

- Communicate with relevant partners and stakeholders for the smooth execution of programmes.

 

General tasks

- Contribute to and support execution of other partnership projects including plastic and water initiatives

- Support cross-team collaboration to advance the WWF mission

Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý

 

Knowledge

- Currently enrolled in a university with a bachelor’s degree.

- Experience or majoring in relevant fields is a great plus but not a must: Economics, Business Administration, Agriculture, Science, Environment

 

Skills

- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to tailor complex, technical information and/or data into accessible sound bites and communicate technical information via visuals depending on the audience

- Native Korean speaker

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, oral and written

- Ability to work in an international environment and within a multi-cultural team
