Job Description

PURPOSE 

o Support the Treasury team to maintain the accuracy of payment works

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Support Treasury Manager and/or supervisor about treasury relating works and others
2. Prepare the Daily Cash Report 
3. Review and report the payment data submitted by the relevant teams
4. Support the preparation of payment lists 
5. Periodic banks visit for payment operations 
6. Manage the company card system/data with issue/cancellation 
7. Support general ledger and reconciliation of relevant accounts 
8. Perform ad-hoc assignment when required  

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

o Education 

▪ Expected graduation or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related background

o Work Experience 

▪ Preferred experience in Finance/Accounting o Knowledge 

▪ Knowledge of Accounting procedures and method 

o Skills 

▪ MS Office skills 

▪ Strong communication skills with ability to relate well with people at all levels 

▪ Fluency in English required for the position 

o Attitude 

▪ Diligent 

▪ Completes work on time
