Solaire Resort & Casino를 대표하여 우수한 이미지와 호감도를 형성하고, 카지노 객장, 하이리밋, 솔레어 클럽에서 고품격 서비스를 제공하며, 잠재적인 고객을 개발하여 좋은 관계를 맺고 자주 방문할 수 있도록 합니다.
Essential Responsibilities:
• 객장에서 신규 고객 확보 및 근무 배치 위치에서 프리미엄 고객서비스 제공.
• 잠재적 고객 및 정규VIP를 파악하여 고객들의 주기적인 방문을 위한 품격있는 프리미엄 서비스 제공.
• 고객과 좋은 관계 형성.
• Solaire Resort & Casino 의 모든 고객들의 요구 사항괴 문제점을 효과적이고 인내심 있는 태도를 유지하며 대응.
• 관련부서와 적극 협조
• '팀 플레이어' 사고 방식으로 업무 보고 및 처리.
• Solaire Resort & Casino의 정책 및 절차 준수.
Description:
Relationship Marketing Host is responsible for providing high quality services to our gaming customers on the main gaming floor, High Limit Area and Solaire Club. As front runners of Solaire Resort & Casino and project a good image and goodwill of the company. Identify potential players to build up good rapport to drive incremental visitations to our venue.
Essential Responsibilities:
• New members acquire on the casino floor and provide premium services to patrons within assigned locations.
• Identify potential players and regular VIPs and provide a high standard of customer service to generate repeated visits by customers.
• Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen.
• Anticipating customers’ needs and problems for all players in Solaire Resort & Casino and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly.
• Cooperate and coordinate with related departments.
• Have a ‘team player” mentality about reporting and handling all information.
• Act in accordance with Solaire Resort & Casino policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers.

Qualifications:
• 대학 졸업자 이상.
• 영어와 한국어 동시에 구두 및 서면 의사 소통 능력 필요.
• 외향적이고 표현력이 좋으며 배우려는 열정이 남다른 서비스직에 관심있는 지원자.
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용 및 MS Office 문서 활용 능력 보유자.
• 주말 및 공휴일을 포함한 다양한 교대 근무 가능자.
• 호텔, 항공사 및 카지노 산업 포함 고객 서비스 관련 업무 경력 우대
• 신입 지원 가능
Qualifications:
• College graduate or above.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Korean, in both written and oral forms.
• Outgoing and Presentable, willing to learn and have strong interest in customer services.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• With relevant working experiences in customer services including hotels, airlines and casino industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
