Recruiting Position(s) : Junior Operation Risk & Anti-Fraud Mgmt. Manager

Duration : 12 Months Key Responsibilities: Support Senior Risk manager
‐ In terms of Operation Risk Management & Anti-Fraud Management (retail finance)
‐ Risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of Operation Risk
‐ Set key risk indicators and threshold related to monitor Operation Risk
‐ Implement and enhance Operation Risk management framework
‐ Communicate with Operation risk management team in HQ
‐ Retail finance AFM analysis – such as credit risk analysis and monitoring, implement AFM measures to prevent Fraud activities by customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- New graduate and/or applicants who have less than 4 years related experience
- Fluent in data analysis and advanced MS Office
- Fluent in English is preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication skills with relevant departments
- Experience in retail finance risk data analysis (preferred)
- Experience in SAS/SQL (preferred)

Work Condition:
- Location: BMW Financial Service HQ, Myeongdong Statetower Namsan Bldg.
- Salary: In accordance with internal regulations
