Join our Macquarie Asset Management Real Assets team in Seoul as an administrative assistant.  As an enthusiastic and diligent individual, you’ll have the opportunity to support across a range of activities, engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders.

In this role, you will be supporting a number of senior asset managers, assisting with the governance and administrative tasks for Macquarie Asset Management Real Asset managed investments and funds.  You will be supporting across the following:

• managing coordination of meetings and minutes for board and committee of MAM Real Assets’ managed investments, coordinating internal stakeholders’ review/approval of board paper
• coordinating the execution of legal documents such as engagement letters with advisors and confidential agreements 
• assisting fund / SPC payment processes; reviewing invoices received from advisors, coordinating payments with custodian and finance team 
• assisting asset managers on KYC and on-boarding process by collating/delivering information required for new vendors or external banks in relation to new investment or refinancing
• providing administrative support to asset managers during investment and divestment transactions and other ad hoc projects as required

In addition to having an enthusiastic and diligent mentality, you will have experience in either an administrative or team assistant role. You will have strong planning and organisation skills and take responsibility for delivering high-quality work, including high attention to detail, whilst managing competing demands and deadlines.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean, and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
