YOUR ROLE

• Assist employee communications programs to unify employees under the corporate brand strategy cascading to increase understanding & support of employees
  
• Support Henkel brand management
  
• Implement internal communications programs in line with Henkel priorities, strategic roadmap and message house
  
• Proactively drive local internal channel and develop content creation and curation
  
•  Manage and organize interactive events
  
• Support corporate media relations and crisis communications management
  
• Implement agreed strategies, tactics and actions to build up and protect Henkel reputation
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
  
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office and/or Adobe Photoshop is preferred
  
• Good communication skills in Korean and English are preferred
  
• Able to work for six months at the Mapo office
