Responsibilities:
 - 틱톡을 모두에게 널리 알릴 수 있는 광고, 컨텐츠, 파트너십 등 다양한 마케팅 캠페인의 기획 및 실행 서포트.
 - 틱톡의 브랜드 빌딩을 위한 데이터 수집, 소셜 모니터링 및 트렌드 공유와 문서화 작업을 통해 틱톡 브랜드를 강화하기 위한 브레인스토밍을 진행.
 - 틱톡의 컨텐츠 풀 확장 및 크리에이터들과의 관계를 구축 및 강화할 수 있는 프로젝트 참여.
 - 브랜드 전략 논의 과정 참여 및 이를 서포트할 수 있는 다양한 의견 제시.
 - 마케팅 지표, 예산, 캠페인 관련 유의미한 데이터 수집과 정리 및 리포트 작성.
 - 마케팅 팀의 온오프라인 캠페인을 위해 내외부의 다양한 관계자들과 원활한 소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 서포트.
 
 - Provide A to Z support to the team's marketing campaigns such as advertising, content creation and partnership from project planning to execution.
 - Brainstorm brand building activities by providing relevant data, social monitoring, market trends and documentation.
 - Support team's project to expand content pool, build relationships and strengthen creator engagements in TikTok.
 - Participate in the team's strategic decision-making process and present your own opinions.
 - Maintain and monitor performance indicators and write regular reports.
 - Carry out administrative processes and assist the budget management - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support the marketing department's online and offline campaigns.

 - 정해진 규정이나 틀 안에서 생각하고 행동하는 것이 아닌, 책임감과 오너십을 가지고 주도적으로 업무를 기획하고 실행하실 수 있는 분.
 - 학부 혹은 석사 이상의 학위 소지하시거나 현재 재학중이신 분.
 - MS 오피스 상급 및 기본적인 포토샵 가능한 분 우대합니다.
 - 최소 6개월 간, 주5일 근무가 가능하신 분
 
 - Passionate, creative and responsible.
 - A strong, persuasive presenter who can communicate with reasoning skills.
 - Fluent in English.
 - Keeping up with the trends and self-expressive.
 - Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
 - Self-starter with ability to work independently.
 - Currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor‘s or Master's program.
 - Proficiency in MS office tools and basic photoshop skills are preferred.
 - Able to work for at least 6 months, 5 days a week.
