Louis Vuitton의 Retail Management Trainee는 우수한 젊은 인재를 발굴하여 초고속 성장 기회를 제공하는 Leadership Program 입니다.

본 프로그램 참가자는 2년 간 Luxury Retail Business 전반을 익히며 Future Leader로 필요한 역량을 익히게 됩니다.

6개월의 Store 근무, 6개월의 Office 근무, 1년의 Store 근무로 이뤄진 본 프로그램을 우수한 성적으로 수료하면, Louis Vuitton Store의 Team Manager로 근무하는 기회가 주어집니다.

Louis Vuitton의 North Asia Zone 차원에서 진행하는 프로그램으로, 타국가 동료들과의 교류 및 교육 프로그램이 활발히 진행될 예정입니다.
