Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative support directly to the Managing Director and the General Manager - Marketing in Korea.

Also, this position works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties.

What you will do:

Business Support

  • Update business development database and prepare, proofread, translate and edit reports and materials for review.
  • Prepare high quality, professional deliverables, including responses to requests for proposals, presentations, reports, and general correspondence.
  • Compile, prepare, edit and format various reports, presentations and business documents, as well as charts and tables for presentations and/or reports. 

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive including answering phones, coordinating/preparing for meetings, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls, arranging complex travel arrangements, etc.
  • Facilitate mass internal communication (i.e. distributing company-wide emails, reports, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate business travel requests for SME Korea staff in all major markets.
  • Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Who you are:

  • 0-2 years of prior administrative/executive/business assistant experience for a senior-level executive at MNC, consulting firm or PR Agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English.         
  • Extremely organized, relaxed and detail oriented.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain composure while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Able to handle confidential information with highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills. (Strong MS Office – Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills and the ability to interact with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Proactive, flexible, calm and confident. Able to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
