  • 부동산 투자/운용과 관련된 업무 지원
  • 재무 분석, 시장 조사, 투자소개서(IM) 작성, 계약서 검토, 실사, 펀드 설정, 매각 등

우대사항

  • 자산운용사(펀드 설정 및 운용 실무 경험자) 또는 REITs AMC 및 부동산 관련 경력자(투자자문, PM, LM 등)
  • 회계법인 또는 투자자문사에서 부동산 관련 업무 경력자
  • 부동산 투자자산운용사, 부동산 및 금융 관련 자격증 소지자(CPA, CFA 등), 공인중개사, 개발전문인력
  • 영어 능통자

  • 개인정보처리동의서(반드시 서명 후 스캔하여 이메일 제출)
