About Support Functions

What you will be doing

• Accurate clearing of AR and timely information of AR to BU.
• Timely reconciliation for bank statement.
• Issuing the Service sales invoice timely and accurately both to intercos and 3rd party. 
• Reconciliation of Sales VAT data between SAP and NTS monthly basis
• Regular preparing AR aging report and sent to the BU finance and the sales department.
• Provide the outstanding AR for cash forecast.
• Working with internal and external auditors.
• Customer statement reconciliations in order to the customer balance confirmations.
• Maintain and provide the daily cash flow statement.
• Proceed the payment procedures in the agreed schedule with the accurate manner
• Assist in process improvement projects and process automations.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Managing and supporting to the monthly and year end closing for OTC

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of experience within the field of Accounting 
• Familiar with AR process, VAT filing process 
• Familiar with SAP, good computer operating skills in MS Excel, Word and any database management system
• Shared services experience in multi-national company a plus
• Good communication skills both Korean and English and verbal and written

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Quick learner and willing to continuously learn
