E-commerce Operation Assistant

Company Description

We are looking for a digital native with a keen interest in online fashion to fulfil the role of Korea E-commerce Intern at COS. Reporting directly to the Korea Ecommerce Manager, The ideal candidate is someone eager to gain new skills and develop a strong understanding of the digital world by supporting across functions within the COS Korea E-commerce team. This is a 12 months contract and full time position to be filled as soon as possible.

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Supporting site experience team and digital marketing team in daily operation.
  • Conduct site monitoring on a regular basis and competitor research
  • Enriching localized product information for online site, e.g. product descriptions, product care, legal requirements, etc.
  • Ensuring all products has the correct information, including garment composition, measurements and care instructions.
  • Collate and share online production assets with Korean COS team and partner.
  • Conduct weekly Korea site quality check to ensure imagery and copy are accurately presented according to COS house standards.
  • Working as representative of COS brand CS to 3rd party Customer Service team by providing CS guideline

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and well-organized mindset
  • Comfortable communicating in English both written and verbal
  • Interest in E-com and fashion industry.
  • Approach with curiosity mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Always act with trust and integrity.
  • Lead by example and be a role model for our values.
  • Proactively work towards business goals.
  • Communicate in a clear way to colleagues and business partners.
