Marketing Intern

Your Tasks

• Teamwork in our Marketing Department
• Inventory management & Sending information packet to our customers
• Customer data management with our CRM system
• Update and maintenance of Vector’s Korean website and social medias
• Handle translation process for localizing the contents
• Handle search engine optimization and Keyword ad management
• Support tasks in relation to customer events, such as fairs, on-site meetings as well online/offline seminars
• General assistance of our marketing team in the creation of advertisements, articles and other customer communication documents, etc.
• Sending out EDMs in regular basis with our mailing tool (Inxmail)

Your Profile

• Customer orientation, polite and proactive manner towards customers
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar field
• Strong communication skills including verbal and listening skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Know how in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in working for marketing or similar field is a strong plus
• Experience in translation (English to Korean) is a strong plus
• Know-how in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in web development/publishing (CMS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript) is a plus
• Know-how in Google Analytics is a plus
• Korean native speaker, good English skills
