TikTok is seeking an intern to support our Organizational Culture and Employer Branding team in Seoul. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

  1. Create content such as employee story articles and videos.
  2. Support for organizing internal events and promoting the company's culture, values, and mission.
  3. Assist in communications with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. With strong skills and previous experience in copywriting, photography, writing high-quality articles and blogs; Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.
  2. Willingness to learn, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Self-starting capabilities, attention to detail, job ownership, teamwork, communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  4. Native in Korean. Fluent English and Korean in both spoken and written.
