Job Description:

  • Support origination and execution of debt capital market transactions from pitching to pricing
  • Prepare regular market update, relative value analysis across major global credit markets, client presentations and pitches
  • Gather various research on economies, industries, companies and products
  • Support in financial analysis, due diligence and risk analysis on companies
  • Liaise with broader investment banking division for pitches related to multiple products
  • Interact with appropriate levels of clients as part of execution and marketing
  • Regularly connect with debt syndicates, sales, lawyers, compliance, and accountants for various debt transactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in financial markets and global economic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Strong research skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
