모집부문

  • 투자부문/리빙플랫폼파트
  • 인턴 2명

담당업무

  • 국내 복합시설 개발사업(유원지 조성사업) 자금관리 및 계약 검토
  • 국내 코리빙 운영사업 업무 지원
  • 신규 투자 사업 사업제안서 작성 등
  • 인턴십 기간: 채용시부터 3개월(2022년 2월~5월, 향후 변동 가능)

지원자격 및 우대사항

  • 4년제 대졸 이상
  • 자산운용사, 리츠사, 금융기관, 자문사 등 유관기관에서 부동산 투자 또는 운용업무 경험자 우대
  • 감정평가사, 투자자산운용사, CPA, AICPA, CFA, 공인중개사 등 관련 자격보유자 우대
  • 영어 및 기타 외국어 능통자 우대

전형절차 : 서류전형 -> 대면면접(1차)
