YOUR ROLE

  • Support overall recruitment operational process including job promotion, schedule arrangement, technical issue handling, academic relation etc.
  • Cooperate with regional team for recruitment related agendas
  • Support the documentations according to internal governance and local law
  • Support the onboarding process including the onboarding gift/flower/notification
  • Support the purchasing process including invoice review and PO creation in timely manner
  • Support other recruitment and employer branding related projects and Korean/English translation
  • Support the date validation and/or document review for business partner
  • Support various HR related agenda like data analyst and report preparation
  • Act as a Z generation ambassador for Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • At least third grade of university student
  • Good communication skill in Korean and English is required
  • Knowledge about Korea Labor law and/or academy background in human resource is preferred
  • Able to work for six months and join as soon as possible
