  • Support General Services Project
  • Support office environment management
  • 3rd party contractor's contract and payment management
  • Support office supplies management
  • Manage Corporate Tax e-Certification
  • Handle OA general duty
  • Support budget planning
  • Support Capital Expenditures(CAPEX) management
  • Support Real estate data
  • Vendor contract management
  • Market safety risk assessment support
  • Support Records & Information Management(RIM) Management

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2, or more years of experience in OA-related ooccupations
  • Passionate person with customer-care oriented mind & attitudes
  • Proficient at English & MS Office
